Part Time Receptionist/ Clinic Assistant
We have a position available at Spinelab for a fun loving, people person who is well organised, can multi task and has excellent PC skills.
You will join our front desk team, where you will work front of house, meeting and greeting our patients, taking telephone and email enquiries, while running the appointment and payment system of the clinic.
This position is a job share, we are looking for you to work part time, while also being available to cover your colleagues holidays, so flexibility is a must.
Responsibilities
- Greeting and welcoming patients- as front of house you will be the face of the clinic and the most important first contact for the patients. First impressions count especially when someone comes in in pain.
- Answering, and dealing with patient enquiries, phone calls and emails.
- Booking appointments and general diary management through our computerised system.
- Taking payments, producing and sending receipts and invoices.
- Ensuring reception area and treatment rooms are kept clean, tidy and presentable.
- Maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
- Liaising with the practitioners on duty to ensure the patients have the best possible experience at SpineLab every time they attend.
- Helping with some of the administration/clerical jobs at the practise
- some some media work using mail chimp and meta
Skills
- Experience as a Receptionist, Front of House, Customer Service or similar.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and associated software.
- Professional presentation and attitude.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and time-manage.
17 hours per week, split over 3 shifts being Mon 2-8pm, Wed 9am-2pm, Fri 8am-2pm
Training will be provided, starting salary after training, £11 per hour
